Court Place Gardens is situated in a peaceful location between Iffley and Rose Hill, approximately three miles from the city centre. There is easy access to the ring-road as well as a cycle route and regular bus services into the centre of Oxford. There is also a nature reserve onsite, managed by the local council.

All of our accommodation is self-catered, and tenants are responsible for the cleaning of their own rooms. A regular cleaning service is provided for the common areas.

These are semi-detached and contain a small hall, a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and have a double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor.

The kitchen contains a full electric cooker and fridge-freezer.

Size (approximate): 47 m² (Bedroom one: 11.14 m², Bedroom two: 4.73 m²).

These are semi-detached and contain a small hall, a kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and have a double bedroom, two single bedrooms and bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor.

The kitchen contains a full electric cooker and fridge-freezer.

Size (approximate) – 73.4 m² (Bedroom one: 10.05 m², Bedroom two: 7.28 m², Bedroom three: 5.87 m²).

3-bedroom houses are only available to families with children.
