Our Graduate Accommodation Officers deal with the allocation of our accommodation and, in conjunction with the site assistants, the management of our sites.
They will guide you through the process of applying for accommodation, signing up for accommodation, moving in and then vacating. They also have links with the wider University and Colleges so are a good source of knowledge.
As Tenant Liaison Officer, Ingrid is the first point of contact for managing student complaints and inter-tenant disputes. She is also responsible for gathering and monitoring tenant feedback, running meet and greet events, drop in sessions and focus groups.

The Head of Residential Accommodation is responsible for the Graduate Accommodation Estate which totals 912 units and the commercial and Professorial residential portfolio, comprising approximately 150 units, for the management, leadership and development of the Residential Accommodation team and the management and development of University-owned residential accommodation.
