Share your views on new graduate accommodation

The University is planning a new community for graduate students to replace existing outdated accommodation at Court Place Gardens.  The proposed scheme will provide up to 75 new two and three-bedroom houses for much needed, affordable family accommodation at the site, located between Iffley and Rose Hill.

The scheme is being delivered by Oxford University Development (OUD), as part of the University’s joint venture partnership with Legal & General Group.  OUD is using a digital consultation platform including a short, user-friendly poll to gather graduate students’ priorities and preferences in choosing their accommodation.

The poll, which is secure and anonymous, is available until 3 July at Give My View, which also provides more information about the proposed scheme. OUD will be making a donation to three local charities for every poll completed.

Queries about the consultation can be addressed to OUD at cpg@oud.co.uk.
